1. In the daily care of blinds, people often ignore the cleaning of the curtains. However, if the curtains are hung for a long time, allergens such as dust and mold can easily hide on them. Based on health considerations, the curtains should be cleaned at least once every three months. In spring and summer, because the windows are often opened, it is best to wash them every two months.
2. When cleaning the venetian blinds, close the curtains first, spray an appropriate amount of water or polish, and dry them with a rag to keep them clean and bright. As for the drawstrings of the curtains, use a soft bristle brush to clean them. If the curtain is dirty, it can be cleaned with a rag dipped in some detergent dissolved in warm water, or wiped with a little ammonia solution.
3. The venetian blinds can be wiped with wet cotton cloth at ordinary times, thoroughly cleaned with detergent once a month, dipped in a little detergent and wiped leaf by leaf in one direction; because of the material and spray paint, the venetian blinds are easy to fade, so be careful not to expose them to the sun.
4. When cleaning the roller blind, close the window first, spray an appropriate amount of water, and then wipe it with a cotton cloth. If the curtains are dirty, you can dissolve some detergent in warm water, wipe them with cotton cloth and dry them in the shade; you can also spray some polish to keep the blinds clean for a long time.
5. Pull the roller curtain down into a flat surface and wipe it with a cloth. The roller is hollow, and a thin stick with fluff on one end can be used to stretch it in and rotate continuously to remove dust.
6. Velvet curtains should be soaked in neutral alkaline detergent, lightly pressed by hand, washed and placed on an inclined shelf, so that the water will dry automatically, and it will be as clean as new.
7. Electrostatic flocking curtains This kind of curtains must not be washed or scrubbed in water, just use cotton yarn dipped in alcohol or gasoline to wipe it gently. If the velvet is too wet, do not wring it hard to avoid the fluff falling off and affecting the appearance. The moisture can be removed by pressing with both hands or let it dry naturally, which can keep the original appearance of the flocking.
